Refund and Returns Policy

At Vital Greens, we strive to deliver fresh and premium-quality microgreens and wellness products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and returns are handled carefully.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only if:
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product arrived damaged
- Product quality issues are reported within 24 hours of delivery
Customers must provide clear photos/videos for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Perishable items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
